Return and Refund Policy
Returns within the European Union
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your package – without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be in its original condition, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging,
- proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) must be included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
Complaints (damaged or incorrect items)
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@anesthessy.com.
We will review your case and provide a solution – depending on the situation, this may be a replacement or a refund.
Returns from outside the European Union
We currently do not accept returns or complaints for orders shipped outside of the EU.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will notify you by email.
If the return is accepted, your refund will be issued to your original payment method – usually within 10 business days.
Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
